This is the first in a series of a hopeful many-to-come. I (with much help from my little viking) created this blog to help my cronies on the main land experience vicariously, through word and photograph, life on an island. I've never been any good at keeping a diary going, so hopefully this experiment will prove more successful.
(ps: to my loyal viking.. im sorry i had to delete the post you created, i'd much rather just hear you sing the lyrics to little mermaid. thanks for the head start though.
and yes that blasted faucet head was indeed a cantankerous foe, one i intend to exercise vengeance on one day. but thank you for the lovely evening, it was one of the most bubbly i've had in ages)
